Here at Wiregrass Women for STEM, we work our hardest to make sure girls and women have the same exact opportunities as anyone else in this field. We find opportunities and advertise STEM jobs to little girls. We also build a community and bring together women who are/wish to be in stem for so many things!
Hey! My name is Charlee and I’m super excited you came across this organization. This mission means so much to me and I hope it will to you too! I have always loved all things STEM. As a little girl, I was lucky enough to have had STEM exposed and advertised to me. However I see that this is not the case for most girls. As I grow up I see the challenges women must over come to pursue something in this field. So that’s why I created Wiregrass Women for STEM! Here we find opportunities for little girls wishing to pursue this field and encourage it! We also build a community and come together for projects with women wishing to or already pursuing a job in this field! Feel free to look around our website or contact me for more information!
